Premier Phlebotomy Academy provides career-focused phlebotomy education designed to prepare students with the knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on experience needed to pursue opportunities in the healthcare field.
Program Information
Premier Phlebotomy Academy offers an 8-week phlebotomy training program that combines education with practical, hands-on training.
Students receive instruction designed to prepare them for phlebotomy certification examinations, including examinations offered through recognized certification organizations such as NHA and AMT.

Additional training and credentials may include CPR and First Aid as applicable to the student's program.
​
Program schedules, curriculum, requirements, tuition, fees, supplies, certification costs, and other applicable expenses are provided to students before enrollment.
Certification & Employment
Completion of a program at Premier Phlebotomy Academy does not guarantee certification, licensure, employment, job placement, salary, or advancement.
​
Certification requirements are established by the applicable certifying organization and may change independently of Premier Phlebotomy Academy.
​
While the Academy may provide career guidance and employment resources, students are responsible for applying for positions and meeting employer requirements.
Tuition & Fees
Students receive information regarding tuition, registration fees, books, supplies, certification examinations, and other applicable costs before enrollment.

Payment plans may be available to eligible students.
​
Students should review their Enrollment Agreement and School Catalog carefully before making payment.
Refunds & Cancellations
Premier Phlebotomy Academy maintains a cancellation and refund policy consistent with applicable Florida requirements.

Students should review the Cancellation & Refund Policy and their Enrollment Agreement for complete information regarding cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds.
Transfer of Credits
The acceptance or transfer of educational hours, coursework, certificates, or credentials is determined by the receiving institution.

Premier Phlebotomy Academy cannot guarantee that another institution will accept coursework or training completed through the Academy.
​
Students planning to continue their education elsewhere should contact the receiving institution before enrollment to determine whether coursework will be accepted.
Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during enrollment
• Meeting attendance and academic requirements
• Completing required coursework and practical training
• Following school safety and conduct policies
• Paying tuition and fees according to their agreement
• Reviewing the School Catalog and Enrollment Agreement
• Meeting certification or employer requirements applicable to their career goals
