Cancellation & Refund Policy

Premier Phlebotomy Academy understands that circumstances may change. This policy explains the general process for cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds.
Cancellation
A student may cancel their enrollment by providing written notice to Premier Phlebotomy Academy.

A student who cancels within three working days of signing the Enrollment Agreement may cancel their obligation in accordance with applicable Florida requirements, except for charges permitted by law for books, supplies, materials, or kits that have been used or cannot be returned.
Withdrawal After Classes Begin
Students who withdraw after beginning the program may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the amount of the program completed at the time of withdrawal.

Refund eligibility and calculations will follow the refund schedule contained in the student's Enrollment Agreement and School Catalog.
Books, Supplies & Materials
Books, supplies, equipment, uniforms, kits, or other materials that have been used, opened, issued, or cannot be returned may not be refundable where permitted by law.

Any nonrefundable charges will be disclosed to students before enrollment.
Refund Processing
When a refund is due, Premier Phlebotomy Academy will process the refund in accordance with applicable Florida requirements and the student's Enrollment Agreement.

Refunds will generally be issued within 30 days after the Academy determines that the student has withdrawn.
Failure to Attend
Failure to attend class does not automatically cancel a student's enrollment or financial obligations.

Students who wish to withdraw should contact the Academy as soon as possible and submit the required withdrawal notification.
School Cancellation
If Premier Phlebotomy Academy cancels a class or program and does not provide an appropriate alternative, affected students will receive refunds as required by applicable law and school policy.
