Premier Phlebotomy Academy is committed to treating students fairly and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Step 1: Speak With the Academy

Students are encouraged to first discuss concerns directly with their instructor or school administration.

Many concerns can be resolved quickly through clear communication.

Step 2: Submit a Written Complaint

If the concern is not resolved, the student may submit a written complaint to Premier Phlebotomy Academy.

The complaint should include:

• The student's name
• A description of the concern
• Relevant dates or circumstances
• Any supporting documentation
• The resolution being requested

School administration will review the complaint and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Step 3: Appeal

If a student disagrees with a decision involving a complaint or disciplinary matter, the student may submit a written request for review by school administration.

The Academy will review the available information and provide a final institutional response.
